Coles is my preferred large supermarket, and this one of my favourite stores.nnThe customer service feels unforced. The staff appear happy to help, and with a smile. In a smaller mall, it has a local feel, which perhaps generates the more friendly feel.
I bought 2 slabs of rum and racing dark chocolate today which was on special for $9 but when I went home and checked my bill I was charged $12 for 2. This has happened in the past with other items too. It not a nice thing to happen to regular shoppers at your supermarket. I hope this will be addressed by management. Please check the chocolate out and u will see the mistake which happened today.
Well laid out, wide aisles. Good product choices. Clean, well lit store. Underground parking for up to three hours.
Good supermarket with a good selection of fresh produce, baked goods and most grocery items. Like most chain supermarkets hard to find staff when you need help but in terms of quality this is one of the better Coles I have been to. Parking is also plentiful and easy to get to.
Large range of goods, but issues with freezer labels matching what's in the veggie section.
