The following event occurred between 5:30 - 6:00 PM Monday January 29, 2018. Today I was out for short jog and decided to stop at the local Manly 7 11 to pick up a two dollar bottle of water. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar note and then he handed me my change. I began walking to the door ready to continue my run when I realized he had shorted me ten dollars. Upon realizing that he had shorted me I turned around to go back in and see if it was just a simple mistake....it wasn't...he had customers at the counter but attempted to walk to the slurpee machine acting like he was cleaning it to avoid me. I walked up to him and told him that I gave him the 20. Without any arguing he did a cowardly/deceitful grin and apologized and responded with "o yeah ...sorry about that." Here is the worst part of it all....he opened the cash register and pulled out a crisp but folded ten dollar note that was stashed under the plastic bill/change holder. He knew that I had caught him red handed! the sad part is that there were other people that have been taken advantage and most likely kids as well that can't stand up to him! Avoid this 7 11 at all costs!!! First class scum bag!!!

the worst customer service in sydney 7 eleven. the indian guy was making fun in his language thinking i couldn't understand.dont know how to deal with customers.

worse customer service.He was Indian and he was speaking with me in hindi thats not gud.Though i could understand him every Asian looking people cant understand Hindi

So I went in to buy a $1 coffee for the first time ( coffee was great by the way ) A very indifferent Indian man couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone to serve me . I asked him if I had to pay him for the coffee or put a coin in the machine . He told me to pay him , which I then proceeded to do . Made my coffee , thanked him and went to leave and he said ‘ that will be a dollar ‘ I just gave you a dollar I said . No you didn’t he replied ..this exchange went on several times I was flabbergasted .!in the end I said ‘I’ll give you another dollar but I already just gave you one ‘. Then he just said ‘ go on get out of here ‘ !!!! I have never encountered such appalling service in my life !!!
