I had the pleasure of meeting Ebony from All Residential Real Estate during an open home inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. We have recently become a client of ARRE and are super happy with the service. Ebony Bursic showed us several homes and was courteous and helpful. She took the time to understand our needs and find us the most appropriate rental home, in a very busy market at a very busy time of the year! I felt like she really took note of our unique situation and helped us through the process really well.

The treatment of my partner was absolutely shocking. False accusations and the harassment was shocking to see. Now not supplying complete tenancy ledger is very unprofessional. Absolutely shocked and has put me off ever renting with this company. Much better quality of rental companies in Wollongong I would recommend over this one. Feel that half of the good comments on here are from robots. Really need to look at your ethos as a company.

I inspected a property listed for lease with All Residential Real Estate not long ago and just want to acknowledge Ebony for her professionalism in regard to the property i inspected. As I don't live in the area, I found the looking for a house a bit confronting but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thankyou again Ebony! I was very satisfied with the service you provided.

I recently exited a rental property with All Residential. I must say that Nadia and Luke both did their best to find a resolution and happy medium when it came to the finalisation of the lease and the exit condition report. Initial discrepancies were dealt with quickly. Nadia and Luke were great people to interact with and I would gladly rent a property through them again.

I had the pleasure of viewing my current room with Ebony Bursic, who made my transition to Uni accomodation much easier. I could have a genuine interaction with her, while still receiving a quality open room inspection. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with Ebony and am pleased with her service.
