Great company. Managed effectively at every stage and all four of their on site representatives responsible for each stage were well briefed, thoroughly helpful and experienced. After-installation queries re operating the pool were quickly and effectively attended to. This is one company that lives up to its reputation and hasn't rested on its laurels.

My experience with Albatross Pools so far can only be described as outstanding. I came across their website when looking for pool builders in Melbourne and decided to contact them. The customer service I received was fantastic! All my questions were answered expertly and I felt like they really cared about what is best for our family, not how much money they can get from our pool project. I wish all my encounters with pool builders were this positive... Thank you Albatross Pools!

We have had a very positive experience with Albatross building our pool from start to finish and afterwards! Terrific service from the very knowledgable team, who we have each found to be patient, prompt, reliable, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to all especially Peita, Justin, Jeff, Graham, Colin, Katie and the rest of the crew.

I can only describe my experience with Albatross as first class. Pool was constructed to schedule and without hassle, service has been exemplary, support outstanding and we are delighted with the work to date. The pool is a delight and has given us much pleasure thus far.
