Excellent professional care. Staff friendly, helpful and caring.

Extremely poor unprofessional management, bullying and low morale. All my fellow nurses are either trapped there with local family or looking for work elsewhere.
Good staff have either left or planning to leave.
Sad to see good people so down when it could be a great place if they had a clean out and change at the top.

After filling out paperwork and their questionnaire, I sat in the lobby for about an hour while my finger was still bleeding.  I had to go grab fresh paper towel to wrap around it, to prevent it from making a mess.  After seeing the Dr, who wasn't very friendly, he finished stitching my finger and then handed me tweezers.  I asked him "What do I do with this?" - never having stitches before.  He said "You can remove them yourself, or pay another Dr to remove them".  That is fantastic advice Dr, thanks!

The Nurses were great but avoid Terry the male doctor if you are female as he is a rather seedy individual making inappropriate comments and movements during examinations.
