I had a really bad experience at this store. I was shopping with my mom and two young kids ages 3 and 6, and as soon as we passed the security gate, a staff member triggered a fake alarm and searched my bag without any reason. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge that I hadn’t done anything wrong.nnIt felt unfair and really stressful. Staff should treat customers with respect, not assumptions.

After being dismissed at Glassons no personal offense, as it seems to be a trend there, visiting Zara was a refreshing change. The staff were attentive and friendly, even though the store was busy. The layout was clean and easy to navigate, with plenty of options to browse and choose from. Shopping felt enjoyable and stress-free when being here.
