This can make the wait a bit frustrating at times. Additionally, while the clothing range itself is good, it would be great to see more size availability across popular items, as sizes can run out quickly.nnThat said, overall the experience at Zara Sylvia Park is not bad at all. The store is well organised, the displays are tidy, and it remains a go-to spot for trendy pieces. With more staff on the floor and better size availability, it would be an even better shopping experience.

I go Zara Sylvia Park many time now. Every time I come I tell myself only look, but wallet always do surprise attack.nnThe clothes nice but I want say about fragrance and purfumes. Aiyo, they smell so beautiful. Some smell like very expensive big brand but price not make my heart crying. I buy one bottle and think maybe is mistake because too cheap for smell so luxury. My daughter say maybe same nose as famous designer one. I don't know but my nose very happy.nnThe staff also polite and not follow me around like hungry mosquito. Shop clean and easy to look. If you want smell rich but bank account still smiling, Zara Sylvia Park is very good medicine. I tell all my friends go there before everybody catch the fish.

30/06/2026 Around 6:25 PMnCame to collect my online order and this guy staff was helping me. He gave me 3 packages.nI politely asked if I can combine all packages in one bag over the counter and he just straight up told me “one bag 20 cents, ok?” with unpleasant attitude. I told him I was just asking if I can use your counter to combine all packages in one to be easier for me to carry.nI don’t know if the staff there are tired of the sale period or not. But there is absolutely not a single expression of welcoming in their store at all.nnI talked with their manager about what happened and again she said “the staff does not have authority to override the price to give a bag free!” I wasn’t asking a bag for free?nNot ideal customer service. If I could, I would give zero star.

store was pretty organised and well presented, although fitting rooms were a bit dusty but it’s normal. was served by adrian on saturday 23rd may at around 3:45pm… he was very helpful and nice, 10/10 customer service
