Baby Bunting Albany

I visited BB today to explore newborn strollers. We were assisted by Dawn, who took the time to provide us with genuine advice. Even though she knew we wouldn’t be buying today we had many questions, she was patient and helpful throughout our first journey. I have just had the most amazing experience with the manager of the Albany baby bunting. I had an issue with a product they supplied due to the brand not reaching the expectations I expected nothing at all to do with baby bunting themselves. But Ren went above and beyond to support my request when exchanging it for a product and getting a store credit. Absolutely amazed at the high quality service, communication and care he put into my request! I love shopping at baby bunting for all things baby but this has just made my experience and love for the place that much more! Thank you again Ren for your outstanding service!
