My wife and I came here to look for prams and car seats. I must say that Dawn is really lovely. She congratulated us for having our firstborn and guided us on all things important about prams. She educated us about the importance of a safe pram. She is not a pushy sales lady but is really concerned for what is the best for us and the baby. Thank you so much, Dawn. You are an asset to this company.
Very helpful staff. Especially Ren . We had a car seat installation session with him and it was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and gave us great advice. He was also happy to re-check the seats on our return once we had installed the seats. The store has a great variety of baby products.
I booked in a car seat check with Renier one of baby buntings amazing car seat technicians. I was really impressed with his performance and skills, he did such a good job of explaining the ins and outs of correctly fitting a base and capsule my car. If you’re looking for someone who is experienced and friendly book him in, definitely recommend. Keeping baby safe in the car is so important
As a first time mom who came to choose a pushchair I’ve been looked after by Ann. She’s just amazing, super knowledgeable, heard exactly what my needs are and suggested the best optimal solution. It’s the dream to get someone helping you as she did. Very grateful and will be back soon.
Had a few bad experiences with this store. Today they wouldn’t honour a price from a sale I was a day late for despite spending thousands here preparing for a new baby. The customer service is terrible and the person I dealt with was extremely rude. It’s also crap that they advertise a loyalty program where you get $10 back for every $200 you spend - but when you go to spend it you get told the vouchers are multiples of $10 and can only use one per transaction. It’s misleading. And also had problems where I’ve ordered something and had to keep calling up to see if it had arrived because no one was able to check ‘arriving stock’. If you can get items elsewhere I would recommend you do.
