Baby Bunting Albany

I visited BB today to explore newborn strollers. We were assisted by Dawn, who took the time to provide us with genuine advice. Even though she knew we wouldn’t be buying today we had many questions, she was patient and helpful throughout our first journey. We will definitely be returning in a couple of months to make a purchase through her.nThank you for your excellent service.

Worse store and horrible experience at Albany store. The manager there let my 1yr old grandson go home in a car seat looking like this. The $700 car seat is under warranty and customers are suppose to be given a loan car seat for the safety of the child while the other seat is getting fixed. The manager at Albany store was arguing that they didn’t care. My daughter and family and friends will never shop here again. You and your staff should all have a meeting in regards to how you treat paying customers and safety for the children’s sake.

Big shoutout to Dawn for being an amazing help on Saturday. My partner and I were looking for a new car seat as our baby is outgrowing his capsule. She was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions which made the process of deciding so much less overwhelming. Baby Bunting nothing you pay her will amount to the asset she is. Best customer service we’ve come across

Extremely poor after-sales service and attitude. They acted as if there was no issue at all, completely ignoring customer concerns about the seat’s quality. They falsely claimed to have sent it to the brand for inspection but never actually did, and then lied that the brand confirmed “no quality issue.” Totally misleading and dishonest to customers. They tried to look helpful, but it was clearly just for show. Never go there again.

Edit: I came back after our baby was born, Ren helped us to secure and make sure that everything is in place with my baby capsule. Thank you again.nnMy wife and I came here to look for prams and car seats. I must say that Dawn is really lovely. She congratulated us for having our firstborn and guided us on all things important about prams. She educated us about the importance of a safe pram. She is not a pushy sales lady but is really concerned for what is the best for us and the baby. Thank you so much, Dawn. You are an asset to this company.
