Nike Unite Westgate

I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Nike Westgate store. An item was clearly labelled at $30, but when we went to purchase it, the staff named Drew scanned it and said very rudely:n“It’s not $30, it’s $40. Take it or leave it.”nnNo apology.nNo explanation.nNot even basic customer service.nnWhen we asked to speak to the manager, he claimed:n“I’m the manager. What I say goes.”nHe was dismissive and treated us as if we were the problem even though the pricing mistake was on their end.nnWhen I said I would take photos to lodge a complaint, he responded:n“Go ahead, take photos of the whole store.”nnThis attitude is completely unacceptable for a global brand like Nike. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, basic manners, and respect for customers is shocking.nnNike needs to retrain the manager Drew at this location on consumer law, customer service, and how to speak to people respectfully.

I was in line when the other situation occurred below. None of that happened!! he was calm and attentive and she was being rude, if you can’t afford a price don’t shop!!! Don’t listen to this review as this person is spinning lies!! I’ve shopped here since it’s opened and I’ve had nothing but great service, the team members are kind and happy to help. People need to realise that you can’t just push these people around, they are working and serving us! let’s show respect and kindness people. The service was great and I will be continue to be a customer, Treat others how you want to be treated!

Amazing service, even during Boxing Day chaos!nThe store was absolutely packed!nI was looking around for someone to help me with clothes and felt a bit hesitant at first since the only worker I spotted had piles of clothes on her arms, but, I’m glad I did! The second I went up to her she did a complete 180 in her energy, turned around, and immediately made me feel welcome. Even though she was clearly flat out, she never made me feel like I was bothering hernnEven while putting clothes away and tidying up around us, she gave me her full attention, actually listened, and offered really helpful advice, proper mana! She was friendly, patient, and just had such a nice vibe the whole time, which made a hectic shopping day way more enjoyable than I expected.nTurns out she’s an absolute legend, such a lovely girl, and her name’s Clara! Big cheers to her she seriously went above and beyond and is such a credit to the store.

Great customer service from Dylan. I visited the store to exchange socks for a different size, and the process was smooth and effortless. When I couldn’t find the size I needed on the shop floor, Dylan immediately checked the stock out back and found the last one in my size. Excellent service throughout.

Had a great experience yesterday, didn't catch the staff members name so I apologize but 656741 might help, he was great, helped me find the shirt I was looking on the mannequin and then was friendly when I was paying for the items I was purchasing. Retail can be challenging but the lad had a great attitude and smile on his face. Thanks again
