Nike Unite Westgate

Went to the store today 23/6/2026, 1125am. Was treated poorly by the cashier. She asked for membership details and I gave her my phone number but she refused to accept, despite accepting this from a white couple in front of me. Then she rudely placed the shirt on the cashier desk without asking for a bag despite doing that to the white couple in front of me. I don't believe that this kind of racism still happens in a global brand like Nike. Unacceptable. Tried calling the shop to complain but no one ever pick up the phone. Will never go there.

I had a great first time experience shopping at the Nike Unite Westgate store at the Westgate Shopping Centre yesterday. I came in looking for men’s Nike slider shoes as a gift for my brother-in-law's birthday and was lucky enough to be helped by Muritai.nnMuritai took the time to help me find the right size, fit, style, and most importantly, something that would be comfortable. He made the whole process quick, easy, and efficient, which I really appreciated, as I wanted to make sure I got it right without the need to come back for any exchanges.nnOn top of that, the banter was awesome, and I loved hearing about where he’s from up Northland and the significant meaning behind his unique name. Such a great personal touch! Thank you, Muritai, for the amazing customer service and hard work you provide. You’re a real asset to the Nike Unite Westgate team. I’m very grateful for your help!

Looking for good Nike apparel and at discounted prices then you have to check this store out .n No problem with parking lots of parking areas .nThey have a security person at the door. Safe place to shop . large and plenty of room to Walk around with out feeling cramped .

I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Nike Westgate store. An item was clearly labelled at $30, but when we went to purchase it, the staff named Drew scanned it and said very rudely:n“It’s not $30, it’s $40. Take it or leave it.”nnNo apology.nNo explanation.nNot even basic customer service.nnWhen we asked to speak to the manager, he claimed:n“I’m the manager. What I say goes.”nHe was dismissive and treated us as if we were the problem even though the pricing mistake was on their end.nnWhen I said I would take photos to lodge a complaint, he responded:n“Go ahead, take photos of the whole store.”nnThis attitude is completely unacceptable for a global brand like Nike. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, basic manners, and respect for customers is shocking.nnNike needs to retrain the manager Drew at this location on consumer law, customer service, and how to speak to people respectfully.

Very uncomfortable experience at the Westgate Nike store today 18 may 2026 morning. One male security asked me to leave my personal bag on the floor at the entrance without any explanation or polite communication. I understand security policies, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. Lost all interest in shopping and left within minutes. Not sure what the store manager would think about this kind of customer experience
