Store was well organised, clean and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and approachable. Great deals on when I attended. Will be back for more bargains! Love me a bargain.

Haven't given a review to this place since they moved to Westgate. Just so happy they relocated here from onehunga which is a long ways away. Really don't have any reason to go out that far anymore. Nike is the major reason why i go to onehunga. Today's haul from Westgate is just super. Imagine the price is already discounted and I get 40% further off the price thru an app.

I went in on the Monday just gone. The queue was out past New Balance, the store was overwhelmingly busy, and getting to the counter took just as long as it did to get in the door. I asked one staff member if they had my size in a shoe, and understandably, it was too chaotic to grab them from out the back I work in retail, so I get it.nnWhile I was trying on a different colour, two young staff members were doing their best to tidy up all the shoes people had tried on. I mentioned to them that if they happened to see a size 8 in the colour I wanted while they were cleaning up, I’d take it. One of the young boys I didn’t catch his name, but he had a tattoo behind his ear actually said, “No, I’ll grab one from the back.”nnHe went to check if they had my size in stock—and came back with them! He could have easily said they didn’t have any, especially with how insanely busy it was. This is customer service at its finest!

u have to download the app instead of using the website. terrible , the service is extremely bad , if u want customers then update ur google photos , exact location on google, it wont let me look at the stuff in stock online. it sent me to the wrong location. fix this immediately

If your store hours change during public holidays or special sales events, it should be CLEARLY update on your official website. The website said the store opens at 9am, so we arrived at 9 — find nearly 100 people already lining up at the entrance, with no signs or announcements about a delayed opening. Everyone assumed the store would open at 9 as listed online. It wasn’t until around 9:40am that someone came out and said the store would actually open at 10am. By then, the line had grown to about 200 people. For events like this, it’s essential to provide accurate and timely updates online, or at the very least, have clear signage at the store entrance. This would save customers time and confusion……
