Not recommended to buy anything online from this store if you live in New Zealand I bought a pair of shoes from the New Zealand store website and the shoes ended up coming from Australia the shoes had taken very long to arrive and if I had known that it was coming from Australia I would of gone somewhere else not recommended! Also customer service is bad to this day I never got a reply??

Amazing service today from the staff! I walked in not expecting anything much but a young asian guy with tattoos was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude. Ended up finding some really good clothing with his expert advice. Highly recommend!

So disappointed by the online store. Despite having an Auckland store you can’t return anything to them, and you have to pay for shipping to AUS which is sooo expensive Makes me not really want to buy from the online store in case of things not fitting and having to pay heaps of money just to return it…nnAlso I tried to call the store today and they just refer you back to the online website, terrible customer service.

Appalling customer service. No phone number to call and a slow 2 day wait for a response to emails.nThe returns process from NZ is a joke.nBlearing music with explicit swearing when you go in-store totally inappropriate when you sell kids gear.nDefinitely would not shop again.
