I've been in a few times over the weekends. I cannot fault how clean and tidy the store is. However, the staff are miserable. None of them have said hello or offered help - maybe because I'm not a size 2. I always end of trying on in store and ordering online. The staff appear to hate their jobs and don't want to be there - and it shows.

Great clothes with free hemming services. Most of the staff are lovely but a few were very unwelcoming and rude.

I don’t think Lululemon’s gear and apparel needs any introduction, but I can’t speak highly enough about this store and the superstar team they have in place. I was really impressed how the staff member helping me was able to keep her cool after having to fetch me countless iterations of shorts and singlets. I came to the Ponsonby store for a quick browse on early Saturday morning. Although I didn’t buy anything, the sales ladies were all super lovely and I got a very welcoming vibe. Store very well presented. Really wanted to stay longer but I was on a time limit. I did try on a coat that I loved, and based on the customer service experience, I can’t wait to come back to buy it - hopefully still available as it’s not online. Well done

Walked into Lululemon Ponsonby to purchase a $500 gift voucher on behalf of my sister for her husbands birthday. Lights were on and the staff were standing around talking by the changing rooms. I was told they weren’t open yet but were opening in a couple of minutes. I was prepared to wait, however was then told to wait outside!! I could’ve easily spent more had I been allowed to stay and browse. So SO rude and the worst service ever! I’m in retail and wouldn’t dream of telling a customer this!! You’ve just lost my business! WE’RE TALKING TWO MINUTES HERE and they werent prepared to let me wait out of the cold nor open the til's a couple of minutes early… Train your staff to be more helpful…
