Was first served by a brunette girl - who was unhelpful & I found her to be quite rude. Told me that the shorts I bought - I wasn't allowed to walk around in them or even sit on my couch... And said that is why they got a hole in them. Very odd customer service!nnThen was met with I believe could have been the manager blondish & glasses i think. She was very helpful & brilliant. She listened and went the extra mile to help!
I don’t think Lululemon’s gear and apparel needs any introduction, but I can’t speak highly enough about this store and the superstar team they have in place. I was really impressed how the staff member helping me was able to keep her cool after having to fetch me countless iterations of shorts and singlets. Me and my wife Olivia would like to send special thank you to Mr Martin for the unforgettable shopping experience in this beautiful store. We came to buy shorts for me but left with a full bags of clothing and accessories for us. Lululemon product is double price in Europe so we used this opportunity before flying back home. We loved being cared for by Martin. He’s got a good sense of style himself so gave us lots of great recommendations based on what my husband is looking for.
