She really knows the products and picked items based on what we liked. Everything she chose fit well and suited us perfectly. We loved every piece. Her service made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.

Lovely shop with the most beautiful clothes. A lovely young lady named Tayla helped me pick out the perfect pair of leggings. Her knowledge of the Lululemon products and material is phenomenal. I walked out of the Lululemon shop with beautifully fitted Lululemon clothing. The customer service is top notch . I will definitely be back again!

I had a great experience at the Takapuna store today. I come in for a faulty exchange, however the tights that I had have stopped being produced. One of the staff members whose name I unfortunately didn’t get went above and beyond to find a pair that worked for me. Her knowledge of the range of rights was incredible, she listened to my needs and gave me pair after pair, until I found the perfect ones. She was patient and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping customers and having them leave the store happy. I honestly could not speak higher of your employee that helped me today, I’m so thankful for her help.
