Disappointed with Takapuna's customer service. I buy clothes for my daughter from here and got her a Christmas gift. I tried to shop earlier to make sure it was delivered on time. Unfortunately the item was one size to small but they will not swap them up one size for us due to it being just past their 30 days. Stores like Country Road and Stirling Sports offer a 60 day grace at Christmas time for their customers. Lululemon obviously don't value their customers and speak rudely to them.

Service horrible Especially the manager, if you are Asian please don’t go to this store, they are racism and not help at all. I’v been to other store, they are nice and gentle. Only here…

Poor customer service from the Takapuna store, the team are rude and unhelpful. Have never had issues with any other Lululemon store in Auckland or globally, but the staff at this store really let the whole brand down.

Lululemon is an amazing shop. I love the clothes and the staff are super friendly and super efficient. Tayla Rei assisted us and helped us with picking out the most stunning outfits and helped us to find the right sizes. An excellent retail therapy experience

I really hope this gets seen by the right person - I don’t live locally and love shopping at the Takapuna store when I’m in Auckland. Today I sent my husband in to the store to organise a repair for me, and I ended up on the phone to Brayden sorry not sure of spelling! and he was phenomenal. The best customer service ever and this is all over the phone + to my husband who really had no idea what he was talking about. Thank you so much!!! So impressed!
