Went to Kathmandu Dressmart on 26th January 2025 looking for a specific product for my niece in California as she and family loved Kathmandu. Was being served by the staff named Jayden and giving me an excellent service and doing extra mile for me despite how busy he was with other Customers too and ringing their Queen Street outlet to reserve the right size I needed. Along with his colleague Sido for suggesting me the right thing to choose to save me money, you are both awesome and I strongly recommend your Kathmandu Dressmart Store to my family and friends because of your excellent service.
Excellent customer Service from Shabham. We were upsold to another jacket. Very very helpful.nHighly Recommended and a very lovely sales person. Really went out of his way to find what we were looking for.

Always find a great price on gear here. Purchased 2 great beach chairs for the price of 1. Probably less expensive than buying cheapo kmart ones and much better quality. But, stuff in this store rarely shows as available online. There was a coat I liked that said sold out… there was at least 2 dozen in this location.
