Went to Takapuna and the guy working Sunday afternoon was very helpful in allowing me to exchange my item. I was so happy with the service, I ended up spending another $400 on other kit that I was considering.

The customer service is above and beyond. I also like the store's setup, its roominess and cleanliness.
I visited the store today around 5pm; service was incredibly good! The woman and the guy who helped me were so friendly and helpful, they supported me with what I was looking for! My experience today was very positive thanks to those staff! Thank you!
Lovely staff and great deals. Nice and big changing rooms. I got what I needed straight away. Highly recommend it.
