Z - Shirley - Service Station

i was not in a good mood tonight due to my toxic friend until when i came into the store tonight being in my worst attitude. i do appreciate how the staff showed respect and the guy who made this matcha frappe was amazing — tasted soo good! Excellent customer service would def come back again!!

Cruella is such a beautiful soul and honestly makes the best coffee! I love the new cup sizes as more coffee is life! Thank you for the bright sparkle you share! Always a return customer!

rude staff! i ordered 3 coffees all with different milk i know this can be annoying but the way she handled it was wrong! mumbling under her breath and saying rude remarks!! when i collected the coffee i said “thank you” and she responded “ridiculous!” i won’t be coming here again and btw coffee was shit

I would give less than 1 star if I could. There is a man running a scam from this station, he puts petrol in his car then tells staff he cant pay - he then tells them not to call the police he will beg/scam the money from their other customers, he parks on the road white hatchback then stands on Z's property telling a story about how he lost his ATM card and could we pay for his petrol otherwise Z are going to call the police...Z are aware of this scam and still let him put petrol in his car , this happened to me last weekend I felt sorry for him went into the station with him and paid for his petrol - Z staff said nothing!! they let me pay knowing it was a scam, today I arrive there for my coffee and I see him again doing the same thing, I approached a female member of staff who confirms this is a scam he runs frequently !! - they are continuing to let him put gas in and run this scam. I rang Z head office...they didnt want to know, an extremely rude woman told me its not their problem and I should go to the police - absolutely did not want to know! they are knowingly let this man scam THEIR customers and not telling people when they go to pay for this mans petrol its a scam, as far as I'm concerned they are part of the scam. Do not go to this station or help this man they are scammers.

A gass station close to KFC and can walk through to Burger King. Has a good Shop in store with a bigger than normal ranger of house hold food and other Items hot food as well.Clean and tidy
