Great selection of food and drinks. Toilets are always clean and well kept. Great pies especially the classic creamy chicken. Muffins are yummy too. Good tasting coffee and hot drinks range. The donut cabinet is a bonus yummy!

Ordered food and a latte. There was a few ordering coffee infront of me so expected a little bit of a wait - literally had my coffee within 2 mins of ordering. She was putting them out pretty fast. Ended up with a hot milk - seriously tasted like she forgot the coffee shot! Not impressed! Would of taken it back but already late to where I needed to be

Night staff was great tonight! Someone was particularly rude and they stayed kind and professional. I also always love the food here!

Absolute crap service. Pump number 9 is painfully slow and nobody seems to care. BP charges premium prices but delivers rubbish service. Tried talking to the teller and got nowhere — communication was terrible and making suggestions felt like talking to a brick wall. Won’t be back.

BP QE II is usually pretty reliable, but my last couple of visits weren’t as good as expected. A few orders didn’t feel up to their usual standard. Hoping it’s just a temporary dip, as they’re normally much better.
