I would like to acknowledge a lovely young lady that works here!. the other day me and my family had to seek refuge at your store. Thank you so much you helped my son keep calm during a horrible situation that he had to witness, I can't ever thank you enough

Why do you have no Mince and cheese or steak and cheese pies at 1pm in the afternoon. Why have your staffed not been trainned to look at missing food and replace them….Why do they not even have the basic motivation to be bothered doing the most basic of tasks? …What kind of 3rd world flee market operation are you attempting to run here? …This is a pie warmer….When its getting empty put another one in….is that too hard to teach them?

What's going on with this BP? The staff are so disorganised. 20 minutes to get service with 5 staff on. The manager should be sacked for incompetence

Hi I get extremely amazing service from a young lady I think is called Katelyn with a small noise periceing she is very kind and caring I would love to know her full name so I can send her a message I don't know who the person was last night she served but she came out and gave her a coffee and a big hug I was impressed if by any chance can I leave you my number or something so she could contact me only if possible menny thanks

In my visit, I had a helpful guy at the counter serving food. However the ones taking your payments from the gas can be a little rude - specially the lady. You may hate your job but I don't think you get the right to ruin other people's day. So even if this place is usually on the way to my destination I tend to avoid this for gas and go for somewhere else. I'd either serve myself or drive far to be served for a much better service.
