NPD Brougham St

Had a try of Refresh Café, was looking at the menu trying to find something, when the nice man working suggested I get the tradie box for $13.90. Had a look and it was perfect for what I wanted 1 Chicken Leg, Curly Fries, Snack Burger, Pottle of Gravy and a 330ml Mountain Dew Passionfruit. It was all so good, also got chicken salt which made the flavour extremely tasty, would definitely come back for another lunch.

I ordered a premium combo expecting decent portions, but what I got was disappointing—three tiny pieces of chicken buried under a pile of greasy chips. On top of that, the service was awful. My order was mishandled, and I felt overcharged for what I received. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.nnThat lady that service me is bad customer service

Had a amazing service from the 3 workers who actually re opened the kitchen to make some burgers for us. We went to morehouse before hand and no interest in helping at all but these three on Brougham Road where very accommodating. Definitely recommended

Not even worth 1 STAR. Was refused fuel in the middle of the day because they judged the car I was driving. I have 2 fuel card accounts with NPD and spend over $1000 a week, when I questioned her why she still refused she said I looked dodgy. Highly disgusted and quite frankly disappointed. Before all of this I thought I’d save the walk into the store and pay at the machine but it said I had to pay in store, this would have been all avoided if it was working. I picked NPD because it’s easy and fast to fuel up when I’m on the road around the country but now I have questioned why I should be treated like this… I am now taking my business elsewhere she made the wrong decision and has lost the company money. Won’t be back and removing my accounts this coming monday I don’t have time to be judged like I’m a thief.

You would think paying $12.50 would get you more than literally a ladies hand ful of chips and 1 boneless thigh tender. It literally looked like she was counting them as they fell into box. Nothing to complain about for the taste but the price is daylight robbery!!!!
