As usual BP app won’t work in this location. Wait 20 minutes for a car wash, go to purchase car wash via app while waiting, app can’t connect, drive through car wash, buy car wash and back in queue for another 1/2hr. Was told previously it’s not possible to have counter purchased car wash accumulate towards free car wash, discovered today that’s incorrect.n================nAs an update to this, I stated buying my car wash at the counter and was told if I scanned my BP app at the counter I would get the accumulated points towards a free car wash. I have been scanning but not so sure the points are coming through. Anyway, last time through I was waiting for over 10 minutes in the queue for my car wash and browsing on my iPhone when an alert popped up asking if I wanted to join the BP wi-fi. Usually I'd decline but on an 'I wonder ..' moment I did. Checked the BP app and it's now working as are location services and several other functions on my phone. It appears there was some interruption being caused between the wi-fi and my mobile data that was screwing with connections. Only thing is it took a while for the wi-fi prompt to come up so might be worth searching for it, I suspect it's something BP might be able to address if they got an IT person in.
