Z - Brougham St - Service Station

Waited at the counter to be served, lady was helping with drinks and when free served someone else at the other counter, then when was free went back to helping with drinks completely ignoring me at the second counter, I thought maybe she will be over in a sec, then more people came in and lined up at the other counter and she started serving them again completely ignoring me even after looking at me, had enough and left and she just watched me with this 'face' as I drove off, never felt more invisible in my life, couldn't be bothered getting their name. They were working today at 11:45 with another man making drinks. Terrible service, won't be back.

Went here for a sausage roll. I got the sausage roll and it was good. Nice service aswell will be returning for another sausage roll

Sad service unfortunately. Worker with red/pink hair didn’t speak to me when making a purchase, made me feel uncomfortable with the lack of acknowledgement. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like customers is my only advice.

Just rang up to get a price for a small bottle of V Chocolate Ice milk and the lady who was on at 6:30am was just so wonderful and happy to help. Sometimes pple not here ain't so keen and I can hear it in their voices. I wish I had caught your name, as you were as cheerful as 100% . So thanks, you really brightened my morning and I think it's going to be a great day. Awesome Staff. Now I'm going to have to come in and do an all round review. Thank you Z.

Super rude people work here especially the night staff. Had one man tonight speak to me terribly all bevause I asked for a iced chocolate, he did a poor job at making it and when I asked if you do them he said “we’ll I wanna say no” it made me feel very uncomfortable like I had to not get one and when I did want one he got moody at me and all I could taste was milk. I asked if it came with whipped cream I may be wrong but I thought it did and he said no. It tasted like watered down milk. Will not be coming back after this encounter
