Z - Carlton Corner - Service Station

Standing there ages waiting for my pump to work , no signs to indicate I am required to pay inside first , they purposely turned their head pretending they couldn’t see me , then laughed because they could see I was annoyed I am visiting my friend in hospital , so there was no need for that carry on I said “ I’m glad you find it amusing when I walked in” then I said don’t laugh at people , they denied it , then I said be a bit more nicer you don’t know what people are doing /going through , instead of acknowledging a mistake , she goes “ maybe you should be more nice “ I didn’t do anything wrong mate, not am I required to be nice when someone is being rude .

The staff here are so nice but Parth in particular is so welcoming and is the warmest person. Any time I come in, I always feel so welcomed by him and he's truly an asset to the Z crew with outstanding customer service

The best friendly service ever. The concierge. Thomas saw his name tag. Always goes out of his way to help you. Always polite never stops working. Excellent!!!

I often come here for filling up my gas and buy a few munchies along the way . Parth is such a good bloke always smilling and always welcoming everyone into the shop . Always have good kōreros with him . Would defiantly advice managment to give my man Parth a promotion of some sort . Keep up the good work Parth..
