This is my local, but even if it wasn't I would still come here! The atmosphere, staff and overall vibe is great. All the staff are fantastic and are always so friendly, but extra props to Avi and Aya who are always so welcoming and friendly. The coffee is always on point too! Thanks team

Excellent customer service! All of the staff are so lovely and welcoming! It always puts a smile on my face catching up with my mates at BP, who also make a delicious coffee!

Always a welcoming, very friendly and helpful team at BP Mairehau. Great coffee and an overall excellent customer experience. Definitely 5 stars from me — this BP comes highly recommended. Keep up the great work, team!

I had a great experience this morning. I was on crutches, thanks to Avi’s excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. Avi went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and his positive attitude really made a difference. Truly outstanding service—highly appreciated! Keep up the good work mate.

The staff at BP Mairehau are warm and welcoming, greeting me by first name whenever I visit. The coffee is great, especially after just upgrading their machine. The store is always clean and tidy. The cabinet food is fresh and yummy, would recommend the chicken and cheese toastie - yum!
