Great service every time I stop here. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick, even during busy hours. The station is clean, well-stocked, and easy to access, which makes fueling up hassle-free. Really appreciate the fresh coffee and convenience store options too. My dad had a very upsetting experience at BP Connect Moorhouse. He was wrongfully accused by staff of not paying for a previous transaction from 19 June 2026 “for fuel and a coffee”.nnMy dad has receipts showing that both his fuel purchases on 19 June and 24 June were paid in full and approved by his bank card. Despite this, staff were rude, dismissive and insisted that he owed money for fuel and coffee from an earlier visit and couldn’t provide any proof. My dad doesn’t even drink coffee.nnIf there was a genuine discrepancy, it should have been handled professionally. Instead staff made accusations without first verifying the facts and caused unnecessary stress.nnWe have retained the receipts proving payment and will be raising this matter with BP management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when staff are making serious allegations.nnVery disappointing experience.

I thought this would be a nice chicken and bacon sandwich, with BBQ sauce, but no, it was more like a Science experiment, with more than 20 ingredients listed on the back. It also included chives, which are disgusting. Even my cat didn't like it. For the amount I paid, it wasn't gourmet. The steak and cheese pie was dry. Not a nice experience, for the money I paid, and now need to throw out.

Early morning disgusting coffee i have ever had. No coffee taste and also really hot, even with bad reviews pls improve yourself, bp is big company but bad coffee.
