Caltex - Redwood

I thought I would treat my little car to a car wash. I visited Caltex Redwood because I knew they had a Touchless car wash and wanted to ensure my car was cleaned and not damaged!nSo, I selected the BEST they had - the Superior Wash for $15. Although this was their top of the range carwash, it was a mid range price for what you would pay elsewhere.nOnce the two staff members behind the counter finished talking to each other and decided to actually serve me, I pays my money and get - a number hand-written on a piece of paper. Which seemed strange as all the other places I have every visited have machine printed codes.nGetting into and lined up in the carwash is relatively easy. You then just sit back and watch the green arrows as the carwash provides all the services on the menu that is a Superior wash.nBut... before it had even finished I could see there was going to be a problem. Despite copious amounts of water and carwash foam hitting the front and rear windows, they remained dirty. And its not like I had been down dirt tracks or off road driving. Just ordinary about town dust and dirt. Because this was one of the main reasons for getting the wash in the first place, it left me disappointed. If this is the standard for a Superior wash, I hate to think what the budget washes would be like.nMy conclusion: For $15 I would expect a better wash. Especially on the windows.nI cannot recommend this carwash at all. Far better to go home and use the garden hose!

I love the Irish lady! So pleased to have her serving. And she has an amazing singling voice she's a please never leave!

Great service. You pay before you pump the fuel. There is a small shop as well as the fuel pumps.

Friendly Staff..listen and get to know their Regulars and look after them...nDisappointed they stopped selling I tunes apple cards...if I want to update my system I have to go to new world or Woolworths...very inconvenient for someone who has a phys
