Caltex - Redwood

Would give minus 10 if i could manager was rude and acted like a spoilt brat...no service while 3 staff and manager playing in the back ...refuse to let you fill up and then pay only prepay...but had no idea how much it was going to be to fill tank ....no help ,no care, no service..better used as a parking spot then a garage.. absolutely pathetic...have never reviewed a garage but this had to be the worst experience at a caltex in new Zealand EVER

Appalled at the lack of customer service and arrogance of the male worker this evening around 7.30pm. He employed unnecessary control tactics with a woman customer over her petrol. Good on her for righteously standing up for herself when he was disrespecting her. He was uncooperative, dismissive and blatantly rude when she was asking valid questions in regards to him making her wait to pump her petrol when she had made the transaction already.nnHe was not equipped for a customer service role at all, disgusted at what I saw tonight.

Omg hi.Christchurch, my 1st complaint ever, this guy up there yes Maori guy ,something is off with him,he actually swears tells me to f off, I've got family that has been at this garage since the 70s and still.going ,staff have had my complaint,now again.ive.meet the other staff,they are awesome.clearly something has to be done,You can't kick people out for.no reason,he has no ownership to this caltex.needs attention.

I came to fill a gas bottle, ask at check out and woman said I will meet you outside, I was waiting for 10 min and she never showed up. I am very disappointed with customer service.

Amazing top notch service always from lady working in the night. Keep it up good service caltex
