Awful service from Paul. Surly and unapologetic that the coffee machine was cleaned so couldn't make me a coffee. Told me the place closed at 9.50 even though google says different. Looking at previous reviews, I am unsure why you have Paul facing customers. Such a turn off.

We went here to get our car washed. However their car wash system has error at this moment, and we badly needed to get our car washed at this time. We approached the staff politely. Their staff, so confidently suggested for us to go to other bp station as the code was valid to use at the different station arround the town anyway. So we went to BP Fendalton, unfortunately, code wasn't working. I approached the staff inside the fendalton station and they told us that the code was only usable or working on the station where we paid it from. The staff gave us a false promises.

Wow. The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed from a staff member called Paul.nA woman enquired if there was a coffee and muffin deal. “Yeah-what about it?” Paul responded with no smile/pleasantries whatsoever. Then she was told to just go look at the board! I think Paul either needs to move on or get the sack. Other staff working there have always been friendly. Lily has lovely customer service at this BP, maybe she should re-train Paul.

The male staff was extremely unpleasant and impatient. I presented my membership card which He didn't allow me to scan it. Instead, he simply scanned a new one from the counter, providing only a 6c discount and refused to let me register the card to receive the 20c discount!! This experience was by far the worst service I have ever had. Definitely will not be come to this station again!!!
