NPD's self serve fuel station, easy to get in and out once you get the gist of how to operate the system it works well.nOne thing I do find rather disappointing with this fuel center and that is THE PRICE. I can't understand why this fuel outlet is dearer than any other service stations around the district and, yes even their own centers likewise. Unmanned, nobody there yet you pay top $$ for the fuel.
