Just bought two flat whites from here and they're instant coffee. Wild bean coffee is meant to be fresh coffee. It's sold and priced as fresh. Why are you making instant coffee? That's not only dishonest it's unacceptable. I thought it was very suspect when they made 2 coffees in 2 minutes.

Such a rude and grumpy old man, no customer service at all at the counter. I wanted to change $20 bill into $10 bill, and he was so grumpy about the change, he said This is not a bank, you are better organised to handle your own change. Never come back to BP service at Halswell Road again.

The pumps can do an upgrade. The toilet needs an upgrade too. After filling up my car went to pay nobody was on the line but nobody attended to me and there are 3 indian staff at the coffee area just chatting with each other.

On the 23/7 I went in to order a Matcha and the older man serving was rude to not only the customers but also his coworkers. He needs to learn how to put a smile on his face. Appalling customer service.

Worst service among all BP stations. No greeting such like ‘how are you’ or even simply a ‘hello’. Just three Indian employees chatting with each other. A male was bloody rude, wasn’t asking I wanted to save or using my discount. Also NO words like ‘Thank you‘, ‘See ya’ and ‘Bye’. Disgusting uneducated Indians.
