The pumps can do an upgrade. The toilet needs an upgrade too. After filling up my car went to pay nobody was on the line but nobody attended to me and there are 3 indian staff at the coffee area just chatting with each other.

Worst service among all BP stations. No greeting such like ‘how are you’ or even simply a ‘hello’. Just three Indian employees chatting with each other. A male was bloody rude, wasn’t asking I wanted to save or using my discount. Also NO words like ‘Thank you‘, ‘See ya’ and ‘Bye’. Disgusting uneducated Indians.

The guy in there on Wednesday the 4/12 at 3pm was the most rude cashier I have ever met in my life. It was my first time in the store and I got cash out and asked him to split it for me keep in mind I did buy some things cause to me that’s common courtesy, this man then proceeds to lecture me extremely rudely about how it costs them money. Frankly I don’t care I’ve never had an issue anywhere else and I told him I’ll go somewhere else. Never going here again.

Never purchase coffee from here again. The worst Bp coffee in christchurch. Never can taste coffee even with extra shot.

Ordered a decaf cappuccino. This is how it came, no froth or topping, and it was basically warm milk
