“Service” Station Without the ServicennThis place should really change its name because there was absolutely no service provided.nnI stopped here while driving a rental car and needed to use the pre-pay option for the first time. Not being familiar with the system, I went inside to ask the cashier for assistance—seems like a reasonable request at a service station, right?nnThe cashier was extremely rude and dismissive. She barely looked at me, gave only one-word replies, and curtly told me to “read the instructions on the machine and just do what it says.” No explanation, no patience, nothing.nnWhat really bothered me was the stark contrast in how she treated me versus other customers. When I walked in, she was having a great chat with a Caucasian customer—laughing, being friendly, the works. The moment it was my turn, it was like a switch flipped. It didn’t seem like she was having a bad day; she just chose to be unfriendly to me specifically. I can’t help but wonder if there was a racial element to her behavior.nnCustomer service costs nothing, and a little helpfulness goes a long way, especially for travelers who might not be familiar with local systems. This experience left a really bad taste.nnDefinitely won’t be returning. There are plenty of other petrol stations in Christchurch that actually live up to the “service” part of their name.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Friendly fast service. Good car wash. Car wash less than 2 years old but dies break down on occasion but you get refund everytime. Free luxury car wash with 6 car washes loyalty card stamps.

Website says open 24/7 yet it was closed when I went in. Fuel is heavily overpriced and now can't get supplies in the middle of the night. I won't be going back

Defective pumps and extremely unhelpful staff! STAY AWAY! Cheaper fuel 200m down the road.

Very rude Asian man behind the cashier. Bad customer service. Told him I wanted to pump full tank for my rental car but he rudely told me off like a dog to go back to the pump and read the instructions. I always fill up at Mobil to accumulate points but will never ever pump at this station again.
