I have been to a number of different yoga studios over the past 18yrs and Yummy Yoga Studio in Orewa is, in my view, by far the best.nThe atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the teachers- Caroline, Nicki and Sophie- make every class feel supportive and inclusive for all.nThe booking system is super easy to use, which makes confirming, changing and/ or canceling a class, stress-free. Caroline is most helpful if one finds digital booking at all challenging.nI live in Albany but the 20minute drive to class in Orewa is absolutely worth it.nI highly recommend Yummy Yoga to anyone who may be considering a yoga class. You won't regret it!
The setting for Yoga House is simply perfect. Every instructor I have had all bring a wonderful array of energy and Experience. Welcoming and inclusive. A great array of relaxing and challenging classes that you accidentally end up feeling like you have done a workout. Can't recommend this enough. I wish I found this sooner, Yoga has changed my life.
So happy to stumble across Yoga House, the experience has changed my life. The setting is sureal, the space so beautiful. Sophie is truly a goddess, she is natural and genuine, her classes amazing. Sarah is also so beautiful and genuine and I love her Saturday morning Slow Flow. Aleishia so gorgeous and passionate and Anna is also so genuine and amazing. My 16 yr old son also loves attending Sophie's classes for flexibility and strength training. HIGHLY recommend for anyone whatever age or fitness level
I am so grateful to have found Yoga House. Thank you Sophie for creating such an incredibly special place! All the classes and tutors are amazing, however I LOVE Aleasia's Vinyasa class. It's a beautiful, safe place where you can tune into your body & breath; and tune out any internal or external noise. Aleasia creates a supportive & soft space for you to land and find calm, regardless of how busy or noisy your day was. Love, just love attending my yoga classes at Yoga House. I'd never done yoga before, and now I'm hooked. The friendly, knowledgeable instructors guide you through the movements, providing options depending on your experience and physical abilities. I was super nervous the first time I went, but the instructors made me feel so welcome and at ease, I loved it immediately. I feel such a sense of joy when I walk out after each class. The studio is beautifully appointed with historic character, natural sunlight beaming in and birdlife singing in your ears. I absolutely recommend coming along.
