This gym is perfect for me, it's smaller than most and is not chaotic like some. I love the staff here, they're so friendly and helpful and patient, Jess is a superstar I'm so impressed. The equipment is great and the gyms facility is spotless. I'm glad I joined and I'm looking forward to finally reaching my goals.

About time I did a review. Only been training here for what? 4 ish years lmao.nnGreat Atmosphere, happy friendly staff that enjoy conversation but will leave you to workout without disruption.nnWill help if you need it and offer advice. Clean space, good equipment, good bathrooms. Overall quality gym.nnWould recommend 10/10

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Good guidance in training and carry out continuous progress check. Everyone seemed to be willing to help you out. Not one hint of discrimination, all staff have postive & moving forward energy. The facility is a good size, not too big not too small nor overcrowded.  And as my favorite part, it sure is anytime and anywhere fitness to accommodate my busy schedule.

Staff members are awesome, super friendly and always happy to help. Great gym with good variety in equipment. Other gym members are friendly with no judgement. Thanks ATF Team
