These new facility has something for everyone. With the large footprint of the gym it can even operate under the covid protection frame work.nnWith lots of experienced professionals ready to answer questions or for one on one sessions, you'll be in good hands. Lots of friendly people and don't hesitate to flash a smile and wave hello. Plenty of group classes and areas as well for those with their own personalized workout sessions to get your sweat on!nnThere is a massage chair to help you relax those tense muscles after a hard workout, men and women's changing rooms, lockers, showers and mirrors to make sure you're ready to hit the floor or the door!nnGet it and get stronger than yesterday
I go 5/6 days a week, plenty of equipment, showers n toilets always really clean.nnCan be fairly crowded at times so you have to wait for free weights alot if you come during rough traffic times.nnStaff pretty friendly almost always greets me as I come thru gates.nn4/5 simply for the fact that some of their weight clips don't close properly / bar cushions are also a bit busted. Easy fix tho.
This gym has a great selection of equipment and classes. The gym and bathrooms are always clean. And the staff are always friendly.nHowever it has gotten way too busy for the size of the gym. Making it almost impossible to have a gym session without having to wait long periods for almost all equipment.
So much better after renovations and more equipment
Great gym! One of the best City Fitness's in my opinion. The gym is well laid out, has a good upstairs area, and a good area for stretching. Parking is semi limited but Countdown is nearby. Staff are on top of it with cleaning and friendly. The members are kind and down to earth. Good vibe :
