Great facilities easy going and helpful staff, members are at all levels of fitness and various points of their fitness journey. Nice vibe and while busy parking seems to be available every time I visit.
The gym is good but just a few issues needing sorting out:n1: There is no enforecement of mandatory towel requirements.n2: Due to the price, lots of instagram happy teenagers spending several minutes on their phones and occupying machines without anyone from the gym monitoring. This is a big issue for me as I often end up allowing an extra half an hour of waiting time at the gym on top of my workout time.n3: I use the battle rope and some of the other unconventional gym equipment. The irony is they are all inside the group class room to which I do not have access under my contract.
This gym is great. Good size. The staff are really nice and helpful and the members are very friendly - Massive thank-you to the member that handed in my headphones that i lost earlier this week.
I thought it was ok - its a gym - large and clean .it was a great variety of gear. There is nothing wrong with it- Im used to a more upbeat atmosphere .it seemed quite although it reasonably full. Maybe the people are just more focused and introverted.
Good gym facility especially during off peak hours and lots of machines, just a suggestion/ feedback, if the reformer Pilates can be extended to 24/7 access that would be great, Henderson Simplicity isn’t ideal to drive to for 24/7 access to pilates
