Terrible do not recommend this gym not supportive and the staff lie and steal have had $1,200 stolen from Coach Sophia and she will not even pay me back. She breach’s clients confedeniality as she talks about them and their weight to others outside the gym. Her boys are being neglected as she sits on the couch and ignores them.
Great place to train, very welcoming and the coaches are great fun.
Coaching team are great and the workouts are getting results!
Best gym, best atmosphere, best trainers!!
