I was here for the first time on a Friday night to use the pools. It was a good experience. 3 lanes used for swim school with one slow and one walking lane. The sauna and spa were good, and not too busy. 6 to 8pm Friday night
The facilities are pretty good and it's fairly clean but three out of the last four times I went to the pool there were projectiles whizzing over my head, landing in the spa pool and the swimming lanes. I was nearly hit by a rugby ball that was being thrown and kicked across the width of the pool. I complained twice.As I think this isn't very safe I've cancelled my membership.
Great staff, pools, sauna and spa is great however the place still needs an upgrade. It needs a steam room, Boxing station needs an up grade, opening hours need to be upgraded to 24/7 and it needs more space for boxing and other events.
Staff namely Mya who is said to be the lead lifeguard are so unprofessional. She thinks it OK to have overcrowding in.one lane of a paying pool. When approached she was standoff in behaviour, not willing to cooperate when asked if there was a manager present or on-site.nnOn that note there is no supervisor or manager on site, just 2 life guards a senior and junior, 2 receptionist and a person running the gym.nnNot good at all. Would not recommend.nn16+ is $10 somethingnAnd if there is 2 carload of use, ya want your money's worth.
I'm saddened by this pool; they don't seem to care about cleanliness at all. It's filthy in every way. Yes, and look at the jacuzzi—the water's edges are stained and smelly, and the edges are tanned. Look at me closely. I've warned them more than three times.nnOnce, I was there, and the cleaning lady was cleaning slowly, which is unacceptable. It was during working hours, and that's wrong.
