I have enjoyed Kathryn's teaching from her humble beginings teaching anyone who could spare an hour, to now having her own boutique studio.nHer passion for Iyengar yoga shines through, she is effervescent in her manner whilst upholding traditional teachings. Kathryn encourages us to develop a home practice and to accept failings as part of our yoga journey. Practicing lyengar yoga has given me direction and a stable foundation, enabling me to have the confidence to begin a daily practice.nClasses at Yoga Boutique are small, six students per class ranging in ages and ability, working alongside each other under Kathryn's guide.nLike attracts like and all the students in attendance are lovely.nI would highly recommend Yoga Boutique. Kathryn also runs a stretch class incorporating stretches from martial arts, ballet.nDont take my word for it book a class and start your journey.nZoe Ferrari-Hunt
Thrilled to find a yoga studio in Riverhead , Kathryn is very knowledgeable and I enjoy being able to work at my own level of ability but appreciate being encouraged to gently push myself a little more in my practice. I feel in good hands and look forward to booking further classes. The studio is a great size with a maximum of six students in a spotless environment. Very impressed.
The most beautiful little space and the lovely Kathryn is so warm and inviting. I love how each week is a different style and approach! Kathryn is so patient and guides you through every movement. Small intimate classes of 6 people and the aircon are bonuses xx
I am thoroughly enjoying going to Kathryn's classes. She is happy to work at a level which suits the students. The classes are small and friendly. The studio is a beautiful calm place in which to work.
I’m so thankful to have found Yoga Boutique in Riverhead. Kathryn’s support and encouragement has been wonderful and the studio space is beautifully clean and flooded with natural light. An absolute privilege to be able to learn from someone so accomplished.
