Swim magic is a good place to host a birthday party. My kid and her friends had so much fun. They got to play with the bouncy castle in the swimming pool, swim in the pools. They can cater the foods and fun activities at the same time. No need to fuss about organizing a birthday party.
Will probably stop coming.nnCame exclusively for the pool, as it was a good pool at a good price.nnHowever, despite publishing a pool availability timetable on their website, it's never available during the times advertised. It will close for Swim School even when it's listed as available -- and you don't know till you arrive. Staff don't care.nnIf you can't do swimming between 9 am and 3 pm, the pool is not available for you and even that's not guaranteed.nnOtherwise, the rest of the equipment is average to cheap. Nothing special and quite glitchy.
Great gym if you like attending group sessions, as there are plenty.nnSome equipment is rusted and not in great shape for the price/membership. As a consumer for more than 2 years, the expectation is to improve quality and upgrade equipment if not fit for purpose.nnThe plus point for me is that the gym doesn't get crowded as much as city fitness.
We queried about a room to rent/ lease for my friend who is a practitioner. CLM was highly recommended by one of their members who is a pharmacy owner in East Auckland that there are 3 available rooms. We were told CLM never rent rooms to anybody and the lady we spoke to was very snobbish and rude. There are polite ways to say “No”and they are in customer service industry. Is it because we are Asian? Looks like the way she showed her attitude towards us.
Best place in Auckland to work out. Awesome friendly staff. Amazing coffee.nHighly recommend.nCheersnBarrington
