If you're looking for tranquil place to stay this is the one. Even though it's close to the airport, we don't hear any sound, thanks to the sound proofing I guess. They have washing machine, dryer, free parking, kitchen, and spacious rooms. If I could suggest an improvement that would be the water pressure for shower that feels just a little bit on the weaker side.

This is the one of the worst experience I have ever met. Price didn't equal to the service at all.nnWe visited in the morning and left our luggage in the hotel because the check-in time had arrived yet. I realized that the booking information wasn't updated. The name on Booking.com was still on my name. But the truth is that the information was updated to my friends' name 1.5 month ago. It is wired that the hotel keeps the old information.nnThe trainee in the front desk reminded us that we had to come back by 20:00 or they would send us an email to get our room key. We knew that we would be back after the time, I would prefer letting know the password to get the key. She refused because the password couldn't proceed at the time and she would ensure we will get an email.nnHowever, we didn't receive the email, both me and my friend didn't. It was late and freezing outsite. We called the phone number on the door but no one picked up the call. Thanks to the people who stayed in the hotel who came back later than us but with their own key. We've keeping calling about 5 times and the call was accepted finally and we succeeded got the room key.nnBreakfast didn't be provided until 8AM, and the trainee didn't inform us we needed a reservation in advance. When I walked in the Cafe around 7AM the staff apologized to us for this. We missed out Breakfast because we need to leave before 8AM.

We liked everything. Location is so quiet with everything you need: there are bus station, New World and other stores, some good places to eat. The spectacular mountains are so close, so beautiful. The property is so comfortable and cozy, nice and clean. The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful. They helped us with some trip planning and valuable information. And big thanks for the mountain view and late check-out Would definitely stay again.

Very dirty place. My room had very bad damp smell. The carpet in the room had stains. The toilet exhaust fan switch was broken, it couldn’t be turned off all night. I also had bad allergies reaction after one night sleep, I worry I may have caught up fungus infection on my foot. There were hair sticked on the bathroom wall. Never want to come back sleep here again. Choose this hotel with cautious. There is no hotel bus to the airport so make sure you allow for Uber fee in your budget.

Terrible experience. I arrived at 950 pm to find the “hotel” deserted with no staff in sight. Pressed the intercom which finally was answered after the second attempt. The recorded message lied and said that reception was staffed until 10pm when it was clearly before then and no one was around. I was told by the after hours phone responder to enter a code in a drop box to collect my key expecting the door to be opened and access to be granted. He hung up. Nothing happened. Door remained firmly shut. Not ideal. Tried to contact 2 more times with no response. Some kind guest let me in and showed me where the drop boxes were on the other side of the hotel at a totally different entrance which might have been helpful to know when receiving instructions. Finally got to my room and both usb charging sockets on the click radio were stuffed so I was unable to charge any devices. I again contacted the after hours service to request a replacement or a charger to enable me to charge my devices. I would not think it was unreasonable to expect the room devices to be working given the amount paid for the room. Again the after hours receptionist contacted the duty manager who decided it was clearly beneath them to assist a guest at night so they told me nothing could be done until morning which was completely unhelpful and pointless as I needed to use a charger then to ensure that I woke up on time. What a total joke. This place has appalling after hours service. It is not a hotel but a semi serviced lot of very basic rooms with bed, tv, shower and a kettle. Save your money and stay somewhere they actually care about keeping their customers happy as this ain’t it.
