The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is situated in a complex of 18 townhouses part of a Lakefront Resort called the Remarkables Retreat.

This Lakeside Resort will make your summer holiday one to remember. Think about it, you just can't beat walking down the steps along side the house for a daily swim, run or ride along the Whakatipu walkway. Leave the car in driveway for the holiday. You can even fish from the private jetty in front of Resort. A boatramp is available 1.5km up the road.

There is an off street carpark right outside the front door, further secure parking is also available other side of townhouse.
Portacot and high chair can be made available by request.

The holiday house has two good sized decks perfect for entertaining, with fabulous views.
