3 BEDROOM VILLA

This large three story apartment includes a king size double room and a master bedroom on the top floor, with an additional king size double room on the second floor. All rooms have their own ensuites, and the master includes a spa bath and private balcony. All bedrooms have the option of either super king size double beds or king singles, with additional pull out beds if required. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests (4 per bedroom).

The private downstairs bedroom has the added benefit of its own kitchenette, bathroom, and living area, allowing this space to be closed off from the rest of the house if desired.

Both bedrooms have the option of either super king size double beds or king singles, with additional pull out beds in the lounge if required. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

There is the option of a beautiful scenic walk to town with the track starting at your doorstep. Alternatively there is a bus stop 1 minute's walk away with buses running into town every 10 minutes.

Central Queenstown is a bustling hive of bars, restaurants and shops, making it a vibrant town centre to entertain every visitor. Originally a mining town and home to gold rushers, Queenstown has blossomed into the home of adventure sports and the ultimate base camp for visitors to our stunning, pristine natural playground. In town be sure to visit the waterfront, walk through the Queenstown Gardens, or enjoy a ride up Bob’s Peak on the gondola to ride the luge or simply have a coffee and take in the view.
