I am very happy that I am one of the residents in these apartments where I live from the year 2017 to date. I hope to be a permanent resident. I dealt with different employees, all of them are excellent. I always wish you success.
Not the best, but also not the worst. Here is a very honest review from a tenant at this property... My husband and I have lived here since April of 2021, and we have seen four property managers come in and out of the office. This tells me it is either a difficult property to manage, or a difficult management company to work for.... both of which I would wholeheartedly believe to be true. The grounds are neither clean nor dirty, just 'meh'. They just "pressure washed" the buildings and sidewalks, but everything is just as gross as before, so I really didn't see the point. I did request that our patio be pressure washed and I moved everything into my home for a week to have this done, but the washers did not do this. It was disgusting from the moment we moved in and has become much worse. As for the apartments on the inside, we have struggled with the cleanliness of the property here as well. We steam cleaned on move in day and had to empty the tank on our steam cleaner four times in the main living area ON THE FIRST DAY We were told it had been cleaned but there is literally no way this happened. Our drains were also all clogged with hair from day one, and I still have issues with all of them. As for requested maintenance, the guy on staff is awesome. We have had just a couple of funky issues come up and he has handled them same day, so I certainly appreciate him! The only other complaint that I have is parking. There has been a jeep parked in front of the pool for three months… but we have a “zero tolerance” policy for staying in the same spot for more than four days. There isn’t enough parking here so I find it funny this hasn’t been addressed. I hope some of these things change, and I am excited about the new person on staff in the office!! Again, not the best, but also not the worst either.
I've only lived here a couple of months, but so far it has been a far better experience in these apartments than my previous. Jona was a blast to work with as she helped me move in. And she has always been more than willing to answer any questions I have, even after being here for a while.
Pool was open maybe a few weeks before it turned green and was shut down last summer. Car was broken into once and mailbox 3 times. Even had to pick up mail at post office for a while because they couldn't deliver to the apartments. Good luck, you'll need it here
We enjoy our stay here. So quiet and private in back of property. Office is good and 24/7 gym is nice too. Location is convenient, sometimes looks sketchy at night outside the gated property but things are cleaned up and addressed pretty quickly in those regards so its fair. The people that sit out there that I was worried about, the manager confirmed are just residents that smoke a lot that have started sitting out there since the property recently became a non-smoking one. So win-win.
A wonderful place that has become our home for 4 years! I really love this apartment complex! And I think these apartments are so good thanks to the team of people who work here! The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others!
This place is the absolute worse! The ONLY reason the ratings are high is because they harassed every tenant with phone calls and flyers around the apartment complex for a "competition". The 'rules' change frequently. The old management team when I moved in were NEVER this way. The new manager and whoever else is in the office have really drove this place downhill. God forbid you are even a MINUTE late on your rent. Will not be renewing my lease. Lets not forget about how high the rent is and water, sewer and garbage are NOT included. There are more affordable places in the area. Please save your time, money, and energy.
