The room is spacious. Check in was very easy. Receptionist was very friendly. There is a car park but to lv 4 is a bit tricky if there is car coming from the other side.
Booked the one room lake view apartment; it was awesome! The best accommodation I've booked in QT so far. Will definitely come back!
Great location, with easy check in. Underground parking. Stunning views and easy access to the Frankton walking and cycling path along the lake edge. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with good views but did show signs of general wear and tear.
Perfect ! Beautiful views! Nice staff and great service, spotless clean room. Highly recommended! Cherry on top was a little surprise waiting in the room for my birthday arranged by staff. Thank you we are enjoying our stay very much !
Great place to stay. Value for money.
Place is clean. However privacy isn't great, neighbors can easily watch you. Privacy blinds would be great, otherwise hotel is fine
