Ramada Suites by Wyndham Queenstown Remarkables Park

​I absolutely loved everything about my stay and would book again without hesitation. The kitchen and washing machine were both great.n​The property felt luxurious, and the location is perfect, very close to a supermarket and great takeaway options. As someone who doesn't like lifts, having a guest stairwell available made my stay. Plus, the easy walk to the airport made departure completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

There are a lot of plus and a lot of minus. Let me list them out properly for other travelers. My room type was:- king executive studio.nPros:-nThe room had almost everything a tourist wants. The kitchenette was complete, there was dishwasher, there was washing machine, there was hair dryer and a electric heating hanger for wet clothes.nIt's in a very quite locality. Enough parking space. Very close to airport. Has a compact but well thought out room plan.nThe mountain view is amazing.nnCons:-nIt's very far from Queenstown CBD. You literally have nothing in this area. But if you have rental car, I think the distance should not be a problem but that's when parking becomes a problem. There is hardly any free parking in CBD.nThere is helicopter ride office bang opposite, so there is too much disturbance from its noise. The room has no windows. No USB electric points. The room cleaning came only once in our booking for 5 nights. They don't usually come without we asking for one I guess. They didn't clean the bathroom even in that 1 visit. The reception is not good not bad. There is no bell boy, or someone to help with the luggage. I had to carry my luggage from the car to the room once I was alloted the room. They refill the milk and coffee sachets only on request. Infact we had to take it from reception ourself.nnThey have only underground parking. This is a proper business hotel, where a tourist might feel a little difficult. Given the fact they are 4 star hotel, I don't think it lived upto that mark. I got this hotel at 67k inr for 5 days. I think at this price point, i was not happy.

This hotel cum apartment is located near the Queenstown airport in remarkables area but is away from actual city centre. The area surrounding the hotel is just breath taking beautiful. The hotel is very good. They have washing machine and a small kitchenette in the room. Room is comfortable and neat. Very good place to stay if you plan to stay longer as it provides for all necessary things to cook. Overall a wonderful experience.

Awesome location with stunning views and excellent rooms. Rooms: Everything's new, luxurious and practical! There is a full-sized washer and dryer plus free washing liquid in every room tucked discreetly in the bathroom. The bathroom, shower, etc, are awesome, beds are great, etc.nView: We had The Remarkables as our view. Can't get better than that!nLocation: We also loved the location as it was out of the hubbub of downtown Queenstown and very handy to all the necessary supermarkets, eateries, and the airport.

Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. On the day of check-in, we were informed that the lift was not working and were asked if we could come back later because there was nobody available to help carry our luggage to the room. We eventually saw the manager working on the lift around 6:00 PM, which is not what guests expect after a long journey.nnHousekeeping and maintenance were well below standard. We had to request items multiple times before they were provided. The room description advertised streaming services, but reception advised that the hotel did not offer them. Later, we discovered that some other rooms still had streaming services available, making the information provided to us inconsistent and misleading.nnThe cleanliness of the room was poor. The fridge was dirty inside, and there was a significant build-up of ice in the freezer compartment. We also experienced issues with the fridge temperature. Our drinks were freezing even after we adjusted the settings, and staff repeatedly changed the temperature back to 7 when topping up the milk after asking as we were provided 6 small capsules for 4 days stay and had to ask almost every day, causing the same problem to continue.nnThe dryer appeared as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. When we used it, lint blew all over the bathroom, creating a mess and raising concerns about maintenance and safety.nnThe internet service was also unreliable and often did not work properly during our stay, which was frustrating.nnOn the final day of our stay, the air conditioning did not appear to be functioning correctly. Even with the fan speed set to high, very little air was coming out, making the room uncomfortable.nnTo make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell when we first arrived at the hotel.nnOverall, the stay fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, communication, facilities, and customer service. There seemed to be one issue after another throughout our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be booking with Ramada again and would not recommend this property to others.
