Ramada Suites by Wyndham Queenstown Remarkables Park

We were 5 family members and booked 2 bedroom appartments. The issues we faced:n1. Main door lock was not working, so need to change the room.n2.The bathroom lock was not working and it was told that its because of the security reasons, which doesnt make sense in a family of grown up kids and Father in law staying in.n3. One day, the cleaners left the bin as is full of rubbishand when i went to the receptionist, she said its might be by mistake and she cant do anything now.You have to wait until tomorrow afternoon2-3 when the staff will come to clean the rooms.n4. We stayed 7 days and 1 day, the cleaners even forgot to clean our room at all, again the receptionist had same answerthey might forgot.n5. The dishes they put in the dishwasher were faced up. All the cups and glasses were filled with dirty water. I have the video and pics. I had to put the dishes again and clean everything again.n6. When I went to the reception to complained when the room was not cleaned, the receptionist started telling that you know, the owners mother died and they are so upset and thats why they cant do anything. What the bullsh**. Why you are telling me all of this. I just need my room to be cleaned and the bin should be emptied.nnI would never recommend this hotel as the this is not at all worth to stay in a beautiful country and spoil your mood everyday because of this type of facilities and customer service.nnThis is ruining Ramada's name. I will never book a Ramada Hotel again.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for a wedding that we were attending, unfortunately the washing machine was broken in the room and as it was after hours we had to go and use the Laundromat. Which was money we were hoping to save by booking this hotel that has a washing machine and a dryer in the room.nThey also left a note saying they'd enter our room after 3 days to give us fresh bedding and towels but came into our room after the first night.nWhen I ask the hotel staff if there was any compensation for the washing issue they took out details and said they would email us. Guess what! No email yet.nWon't be booking here again, super unfortunate as everything else with the hotel was nice.

The rooms were large with a separate bedroom and nice size bathroom. Nice outlook over the airport and surrounding areas. It is about 6km outside Queenstown centre but there is a nice restaurant attached to the Ramada which also does nice breakfasts.

We stayed one night and it was really nice. Very clean rooms. Great view during the all season. Recommend to anyone. Will definitely go again when we visit next time in Queenstown.

It was a great short stay for two nights unfortunately the AC wasn't working so when I arrived at my room around 9 pm late check in was very warm and stuffy. I asked the staff in the morning about it and it was a known issue on that side of the hotel which is fine but I would have loved a heads up : they did offer me a heater or fan although with next to no fresh air coming in I don't believe it would help so I declined.
