​I absolutely loved everything about my stay and would book again without hesitation. The kitchen and washing machine were both great.n​The property felt luxurious, and the location is perfect, very close to a supermarket and great takeaway options. As someone who doesn't like lifts, having a guest stairwell available made my stay. Plus, the easy walk to the airport made departure completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. While the hotel itself may have its positives, the way management handled a serious billing issue has completely overshadowed everything else.nnI was charged twice for my stay, and what should have been a straightforward refund has taken an unbelievable five months to resolve. Throughout this entire process, communication from management has been poor, follow-up has been inconsistent, and I have repeatedly had to chase for updates. No customer should have to spend months trying to recover money that was taken in error.nnThe biggest disappointment has been the manager's handling of this situation. Rather than taking ownership and ensuring the issue was resolved promptly, there was a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care. A mistake can happen, but how it's dealt with is what defines good service—and unfortunately, this was handled incredibly poorly.nnFive months to refund a duplicate charge is simply unacceptable. I expected far better from a hotel that claims to value its guests. I would strongly encourage anyone staying here to check their statements carefully, as if something does go wrong, don't expect a quick or professional resolution.nnSadly, because of the way this was managed, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Spacious 3 bedroom, top floor and view of the airport made it so special! Big kitchen and lounge meant chillaxing at next level! Plenty of space for the kids, views of planes taking off and landing! Sip hot drink, lie in a comfy bed and have kids in the lounge! Short stroll to cafes, yummy treats at New World which is also walking distance. Spacious beds and pleasant temperatures with air conditioning! This Ramada is better than the city centre one! We love our balcony!

Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. On the day of check-in, we were informed that the lift was not working and were asked if we could come back later because there was nobody available to help carry our luggage to the room. We eventually saw the manager working on the lift around 6:00 PM, which is not what guests expect after a long journey.nnHousekeeping and maintenance were well below standard. We had to request items multiple times before they were provided. The room description advertised streaming services, but reception advised that the hotel did not offer them. Later, we discovered that some other rooms still had streaming services available, making the information provided to us inconsistent and misleading.nnThe cleanliness of the room was poor. The fridge was dirty inside, and there was a significant build-up of ice in the freezer compartment. We also experienced issues with the fridge temperature. Our drinks were freezing even after we adjusted the settings, and staff repeatedly changed the temperature back to 7 when topping up the milk after asking as we were provided 6 small capsules for 4 days stay and had to ask almost every day, causing the same problem to continue.nnThe dryer appeared as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. When we used it, lint blew all over the bathroom, creating a mess and raising concerns about maintenance and safety.nnThe internet service was also unreliable and often did not work properly during our stay, which was frustrating.nnOn the final day of our stay, the air conditioning did not appear to be functioning correctly. Even with the fan speed set to high, very little air was coming out, making the room uncomfortable.nnTo make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell when we first arrived at the hotel.nnOverall, the stay fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, communication, facilities, and customer service. There seemed to be one issue after another throughout our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be booking with Ramada again and would not recommend this property to others.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ramada. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the free basement parking, which was very convenient.nnHowever, housekeeping could be improved. The washing machine was not as clean as expected, and the rubbish bins in the room were quite small. Extra garbage bags were not provided, so we had to request them from reception.nnDespite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.
