Quest Queenstown

Great stay! We received a very welcomed upgrade on arrival, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, modern and the bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed for one night in Quest Queenstown on Apr. 9, 2024.nI would like to recommend who visit Queenstown this service apartment sincerely. It’s really a comfortable place to stay and get a good rest.nFirst of all, the room is quite big so that we can totally flatten two big suitcases. It’s quite convenient.nSecondly, the room and the service apartment is quite clean.nThirdly, the staff are patient and thoughtful. For example, we had trouble on induction cooker and microwave, and we asked for help at the reception. The staff is kind to give us a detailed instructions and even come to the room to teach us so that we can use the equipment smoothly. We really appreciate that.nFourthly, the service apartment room is well-equipped with cooker, coffee machine, laundry and dryer and so on.nThe fifth, though the service is not near the center Queenstown, it nears the supermarket so that you can buy something. I think it’s more convenient for tourists who drive car here.nFinally, I really like this big, clean and quiet room. And also the staff is quite nice and patient. I recommend this service apartment strongly!nMost importantly, good service apartment also need lodgers to take good care of the room so that the room can keep new and clean:

Rooms were new and really nice. The service and response was also top standard. Not difficult to love the place but reception closes at 7 so not for those who really need all time service. Also this place has a parking issue which they need to try and solve eventually. It can get quite confusing if you do not remember what was told during check in for parking.

A hotel that pleasantly surprised. The Quest hotel is outside of Queenstown, but the service and spacious room are worth the drive into town. At the first moment we were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist who didn't even bother to check if the room was available because we were early, but later after we got the room everything was wonderful, a large, spacious, cozy room, an excellent TV with a variety of free movies, the cleanliness and the service was exceptional good!!. Good kitchen, A dishwasher and even a washing machine. Highly recommend.

The Executive Studio and it was a comfortable size, great location and so good to have a washing machine so no need for the laundromat. Close to the bus stop, too. Highly recommended.
