Quest Queenstown

Insanely great value and quality! The entrance was tricky to find since they are building up the area all around. The balcony has amazing views and spacious. The kitchenette is fully stocked to cook anything and the washer-dryer combo is perfect for small loads.

When we arrived at 7 pm there was no one at reception and called intercom as per instructions but no one answered intercom for about 10-15 minutes. Intercom is located between two sliding doors where it’s extremely hot. Then the intercom cuts out and had to call again and again. There were about 10+ envelops with names in a locked box. Room was nice and had good view. Close to airport and shops, but not in central Queenstown.

Its pretty much what you would expect from a 4 star airport hotel apartment. On the plus side. The place is very new. And one of the nicer looking quests I have stayed at. Room is spacious and clean and it's much better value than staying at hotels in city centre. There aren't many carspots but we had no trouble getting one of the last spots each evening. Check in via intercom was fine too.nThe negatives. We had a ground floor room and upon walking in. There's a stench of something like cigarette smokes. Perhaps some previous tenants before us had smoked here and it wasn't aired out properly. Good thing the windows actually opened a little. But as our room was facing the road it was quite noisy, and the sun came thru the blinds which weren't block out enough once day light hit. There is also no drainage next to the showe door. So when water splashes out. The water just sits there till mopped up. Some camomile or non caffeinated tea in the room instead of all caffeine options would also be nice.nWhat was a nice touch tho. Is the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion smells great.

quiet, easy parking, away from busy roads. i had a top floor balcony appartment. rooms were spacious. washer/dryer with detergent supplied which was unexpected. will stay here again

Extremely expensive for what it is. Accommodation is very new. Very little exciting about it. Very limited resources and tiny towels. If it wasn’t the fact that it’s Queenstown and everything is over priced. Wouldn’t go again
