Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

I travel a lot and I truly believe this is the best hotel in NZ. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful I have encountered. The rooms are great and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The food was devine. We also used the Conference room and it is definitely the best in Queenstown. I am definitely going back. Thanks to all the staff - you are brilliant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast — so many delicious options, fresh food, and great service every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great start to the day!

We stayed one night at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile and it was absolutely perfect in every way. We booked the Deluxe Twin Room with 2 Queen Beds through Agoda for NZD $302.50 and it was worth every cent. From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations.nnThe bed comfort level was 100/10 , incredibly soft, plush and provided one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had during our trip. The cleanliness was also 100/10, spotless, modern and well-maintained. Every detail in the room, from the layout to the lighting and amenities, reflected quality and comfort.nnThe location is excellent, situated in the vibrant Five Mile area with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops just a short walk away. Despite being close to conveniences, the hotel still feels calm and peaceful, ideal for both relaxation and easy access to Queenstown’s main attractions.nnThe staff were friendly, professional and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. Overall, this is the perfect hotel, clean, comfortable, stylish and in a great location. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Sudima Queenstown Five Mile to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Very impressed with our stay at Sudima Queenstown. Hotel is new , so rooms were great. All the small stuff they got right light switches, power points and plugs all conveniently located, lots of storage. But best thing was the service of the team. Very friendly and helpful 5/5

The in-house restaurant felt truly luxurious, and the breakfast menu was absolutely awesome – the perfect way to start the day.nnSpecial thanks to Ritu and Jada at the front desk for going above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free.
