Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

We had such a lovely stay at Sudima Queenstown! The location was perfect, it was close to everything we needed whilst still being a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring.nnAlthough we weren’t able to stay in the room we originally booked due to maintenance on Level 3, the team looked after us well and we still had a wonderful experience not to mention, we still got the view we wanted Most importantly, we got the rest and relaxation we needed during our trip.nnThe staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.nnWe would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sudima Queenstown to others. Looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Sudima Queenstown as a family of four, and the experience became even more special because of YOGITA at reception.nnWe had booked our room online at the very last minute, but from the moment we arrived, Yogita went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made such a positive difference during our entire two-day stay.nnThe hotel itself was excellent. The cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything was maintained beautifully, and it truly felt relaxing for both us and the kids.nnA big thank you to YOGITA for making our stay memorable. Staff like her are the reason guests come back again. Highly recommended for families visiting Queenstown!

we r pretty stoked with our alpine view accomodation; esp in love with the hotel’s tabac & cedarwood hand n body wash/body lotion. what a delightful fragrance. Gr8 choice Sudima.nnthe location of sudima is within a stone’s throw to some Michelin star /bib gourmand restaurants; The Sherwood; Amisfield; Rata was unfortunately under renovation; Fergberg; Arrowtown Ayrburn, The Manure, The Bakehouse, Billy’s which is also a michelin star restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine… Tanoshi’s proximity to Sudima and the many shops and supermarkets make Sudima Five Mile a desirable venue.nnwe thoroughly recommend the gelato and chocolates at Patagonia, Town Centre…nnWe r blown away by the hospitality of the staff here namely the restaurant team, male chambermaids, the reception, thank you Sudima!nnspecial mention of Ms Yogita who went out of her way to assist my wife after our safe malfunctioned and we were in and out of the hotel yet Ms Yogita was unfazed and waited patiently for my wife. when she was finally free at a call Ms yogita came to our room immediately to fix the safe.nnmy wife and i rate Sudima 5/5 we will definitely be back again.

Perfect for our weekend get away from Wanaka. Our focus was on shopping in Frankton, so the location couldn't have been better. Parking right outside the door. Modern and clean rooms, with ever so friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of tasty food on offer.

Fantastic location close to cafes, shops and amenities Liquid Laundry laundromat is only a short walk - very handy for travelling families.nnIt is a short drive into the centre of Queenstown but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the chaos of the city and there is ample parking for those that hire a car.nnThe staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.nnWe would absolutely stay at Sudima Queenstown again!
