Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

Lovely place to stay in at a good location with easy access to major highways. They do not have dedicated parking but they use the shopping center parking which is quite big. The views are good to if you get the right room. Amenities are good and toiletries are good as well.

I didn't stay at this Sudima location, but a receptionist named Louis helped me. I stayed at Sudima Christchurch and noticed a weight scale, which I didn't need at the time. However, I needed one in Queenstown since I forgot to bring mine from home. I called Louis, and he quickly confirmed that I could use it.nnThe next day, when I arrived in Queenstown, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome, even though I hadn't stayed at that location before. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked for the rooms I needed, and it would have been difficult to find parking in the city center around New Year's, so I had to stay at a different hotel.nnI really appreciate how Louis went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Very clean hotel rooms, great location just 15mins from heart of Queenstown. Had a playroom for the kids. Great variety for breakfast menu including gluten free and dairy free options. Rooms even provide sanitary products for my girls which is a great touch.

We stayed l for 2 nights. We've enjoyed our stay. Location was great, as its convenient, all the shops, restaurants, supermarket was close by easy walking distance. Customer service was good, and helpful. Room was abit small, just as well it's only the 3 of us. Room was clean and new. We had a $40 room credit, which was great as my son ordered their fish and chips which he loved. Would definitely come back and stay when we in Queenstown again.

We had an amazing experience with Sudima Queenstown. After my Moss Spa booking for a couples 2hr massage package being unable to go ahead due to a therapist off sick, we were upgraded to a top room, plus instead of the glass of bubbles and platter that was part of our package, they gave us a Bottle of Bubbly!! And breakfast that was amazing too!!nA wonderful upgrade that meant I still could celebrate my special birthday in style, even tho hubby missed out on the massage!nThank you team!
