Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

We had an amazing stay at Sudima Queenstown as a family of four, and the experience became even more special because of YOGITA at reception.nnWe had booked our room online at the very last minute, but from the moment we arrived, Yogita went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made such a positive difference during our entire two-day stay.nnThe hotel itself was excellent. The cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything was maintained beautifully, and it truly felt relaxing for both us and the kids.nnA big thank you to YOGITA for making our stay memorable. Staff like her are the reason guests come back again. Highly recommended for families visiting Queenstown!

We were two families 4 adults + 4 kids traveling from San Francisco, CA for our first ever trip to New Zealand. We stayed at Sudima in Queenstown for 3 nights and 3 days.nnTheir hospitality was simply GREAT. There were multiple occasions where we came back to our hotel room pretty late in the evening after finishing daily excursions and needed room service cutlery, toiletries, get our food warmed up. Ritu went ABOVE AND BEYOND in providing us the service. With housekeeping gone for the day, she delivered the cutlery by herself.nnWe generally don’t get this level of hospitality in developed countries so we were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality received.nnOverall aesthetics and ambience at the hotel was pretty new. We really liked the vibe.nnLastly, we had booked 2 rooms with breakfast included. The breakfast offered a variety of freshly made continental options. They also served custom orders, egg omelette to be made based on our preferences, and allowed takeouts as we were rushing out to catch our adventure for the day.nnAll in all, the hospitality, the ambience and the vibe at the hotel was top notch. If we were to come back to NZ again in the future, we would stay at Sudimanin Queenstown again. :

Checked in late with some waiting required, could have better signage out front as it's not clear where the hotel / entrance is.nnRecently new hotel, bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.nnConvenient location, plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

The hotel is located inside a shopping plaza. You can walk to supermarket, restaurants and stores. You park your car in the shopping plaza parking lot, plenty of it. Rooms are very clean and modern. Not close to the lake but it's a great place if you just want to stay a night in Queens town.

Had one of the nicest experience. We had some issue with breakfast booking but “Vik” from the Podium sorted everything out for us and gave complementary free breakfast for the kids for both days we stayed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Especially Giselle/Ghissle I am sorry if I did wrong, went out of the way to warm up the leftover we had. I want to thank both of them and the team Sudima for their excellent hospitality. Thank you!
