Whangarei Hospital Emergency Room

It is with a sense of gratitude that I share my experience during my recent visit to the Emergency Department. While my initial encounter was less than satisfactory, this subsequent visit has left a profound and positive impression on me. The palpable kindness and compassion exhibited by the triage nursing team and the clerk officer were truly remarkable. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you for the exceptional care and support provided. Unfortunately I got sick whilst away travelling up North. Ended up in whangerei hospital via a long ambulance trip. But what a wonderful hospital. The staff were efficient, treated me with such kindness and i know only too well how tough being in the health service is right now but they were all absolutely wonderful to me.nBloods were taken immediately on arrival and the staff, nurses, drs alike really couldn't have been more thoughtful and caring.nPlease everyone look after our medical professionals. They work so darn hard and get very little in return. People are hard on them.nThe staff at this hospital were incredible. Thank you for all you do.

I ended up in ED last night with severe chest pain and was looked after so well. Thanks to everyone that looked after me and talked calmly all the time. I know you were in code Red but still kept calm and smiling.nThank you for being there

Great care in the ER, just check your medical certificate dates before you leave. Had a medical note dated wrong, and was told they can't update it and I'll have to pay my Doctor or White Cross for a visit to get it fixed.
