The PBT Group - Whangarei

Lucky to get 1. Rang at 9.15am and was told to put the 12 large boxes outside for collection. Went out and returned to find they had not been picked up. Then it poured with rain. Lucky I was here to cover, however the boxes got wet. Rang and spoke to nice young man who said he would get back to after getting I'm contactcwith Whangarei. Never happened. Boxes had to be put back in my garage, some worse for wear. What sad and pathetic company!!!! Wouldn't recommend

Pathetic service by this company. Tracking updates unavailable, called Whg depot but answered by Auckland staff after 30 mins wait, they sent emails to check tracking update but no one replied including Mandeep and Hardeep.nHad to call again next day, and staff said they’re not sure why no one updated the tracking. I’d not trust this company for anything.

Took nearly 3 weeks to deliver an item. Upon checking up on them it was said there was a leave it note left, which it was not. 20 minutes on the phone and I had no luck connecting to anyone. When I then drove to the depot I was told the package was out for delivery... Something on their system doesn't work, the recipient sure is not kept up to date. The lady in the front office was a real pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely abysmal!nPackage was collected three days ago and no scans since. Trying to get hold of any of their offices is a waste of time. On hold for 30 minutes then they hang up. Highly likely our valuable goods have been ‘lost’ within their system.nWe will NEVER use this company again nor will we purchase from sellers using this so called ‘service’ as clearly they have no clue where packages are nor care to communicate with customers in a timely fashion.

Super friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to let me know when my package would be delivered.
