AA Centre - Whangarei

Hi all. Went in with my drivers license that had been a bit scraped still legible hoping to replace it. Upon filling in the relevant paperwork and reaching the front counter I was informed that she couldnt possibly replace it as it was scraped, despite acknowledging it was indeed; legible. Was not asking to renew it, just to replace it like for like.nnWent to the local VTNZ and had it replaced without any issue. AA Centre - Whangarei, has been a waste of time with extremely unhelpful and unwilling staff. Deeply disappointed with the service I recieved. Go to the local VTNZ instead if possible :

I wanted to leave a review of absolute appreciation for the lovely lady by the name of Tilly who helped me here today, she was calm, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. She created such a positive and pleasant experience — a real credit to AA.

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and friedly services I received yesterday from Tania at AA Whangarei which also trades as Johnson Automotive. I booked, paid and cancelled my prepurchase inspection with this branch because seller of the car I intended to buy sold it to another buyer. Tania immediately refunded me. 10/10 for customer service.

I had a great experience with the AA in whangarei . Leah assisted me with converting my international driver’s license, and she was warm and attentive to my needs. There was almost no wait time, so I recommend going in the morning when it's less busy. Her service was professional, efficient, and very friendly. She guided me through the form-filling process quickly and clearly. About 8 working days later, I received my license. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service.
