AA Centre - Whangarei

Very happy with the service provided by AA.nRenewing my licence was a breeze and sorting Home and car insurance was great.nUrsula the manager was very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation.nAlso Ryan was fantastic in going through our insurance quote very thoroughly and explained everything.nI give AA Whangarei an AA+..!!

This is a busy place. Not often will you get out of here in a hurry. But the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. They do a good job.

Clearly understaffed. More than hour's wait in a very long queue with only 1 member of staff on the desk. Very friendly helpful staff though - it would be hard on them too.

Needs to be signed that you wait for vacant booth as current layout makes it look like yiu individually form a queue at each one.

Amazed by the service they provide, Very Friendly and kind staff huge shout out to CODY and LICI they were wonderful and very helpful with amazing smile on their face at all the time. Had a lovely experience with them.
