A very useful service. Remains brilliance to see them lift off. We've been living very close here for half a year, and every time you hear a helicopter take off or come back, you think about the good work they do day and night. A thank you for the crew is in place. Once I have seen at a distance how someone was safely taken from a forest. Then you really have to trust the pilot. Thank you again for your work.

Liz, Rob and Hassan were amazing support for Mum recently. Speedy to arrive, very friendly, calming and professional. Liz explained every step to mum in a beautiful light hearted, but clear manner. Love your work team, thank-you so much!

Rang ambulance as my sister has cancer and cannot keep her food or any drinks down and is being sick. Jim Carne Cancer Clinic never gave any medicine for her sickness so she is emotionally unstable and just wants to die..Was I wrong in ringing them. Shes too sick to put in car to take to A& E.
