Bush Road Medical Centre

I had bad tonsillitis and had a little bub with me, there was a paramedic/ clinical nurse specialist woman I saw who was so incredibly helpful… I’ve forgotten her name but she was wicked and so helpful. Knew her stuff.. Sorted antibiotics and was super kind and professional. Am feeling better and so grateful for the quick service.. Was great considering I had a young Bub as well.. reception staff really tried for me as well - a newish lady there has started - she’s really lovely on phone

Use managemyhealth to those that dont like dealing with reception staff. I have been with Bush Road Medical Centre for many years now and every Doctor has been excellent and so too have the nurses. If I havent been able to see my doctor it hasnt been a problem to see another doctor and get the problem fixed. Fantastic too that its an all in one facility with access to blood testing and pharmacy.

My partner was treated poorly by the gate keepers The Doctors and nurses are wonderful however the interaction with the receptionist J was not a good experience she embarrassed and lectured her when she asked if she could pay on her next visit which is 3 days away she have been a patient at the practice for at least 30 years. The way she was lectured when it is the only time she has ever asked to pay later was not on given the practice has signs saying Abuse will not be tolerated.

Bush Road Medical are a top quality medical center with awesome doctors, nurses and support staff. They do their best to assist with queries and appointment times. Staff I have had interactions with have been genuinely interested and caring. All advice has been informative and up to date and shared in a very respectful manner. Shout out to Dr Geoff Cunningham whos amazing.nAwesome work team.

I always can get an appointment that day if my son is ill. The staff are lovely and the doctors and nurses are all very helpful. I wish I changed to Bush Road wayyy sooner!
