The staff here were really amazing with my mums mammogram and aftercare. They were polite, comforting, considerate, supporting, respectful, and easy to talk to. This made her experience so much less scary and stressful.
Ladies at Whangarei Breast clinic very kind and caring. Thankyou for taking care of me and all the other ladies.
They are very kind and caring here. They understand that it can be anxiety provoking to undergo a mammogram. Especially if you know you've found a lump. My GP sent me here and I'm very glad he did.nThe techs are wonderful people. They take their time with you and explain anything that you're unclear about. They are as gentle as possible and very professional.nI had to also have an ultrasound. The tech who did that was a really sweet and caring woman. She explained everything to me as we went along. Making me feel comfortable.nI will have to go to the hospital soon to have a surgeon give me an exam.nHowever, so far it's looking good for me. If I had a serious problem, I know the people at Mauri Ora Breast Clinic would have made me feel secure that I was in the best possible hands.nnI definitely recommend this clinic for any breast issues. Hopefully you'll never need them, but if you do, know that you'll be listened to and cared for.
From a phone call by Amy recalling me for examination to the end of my recall appointment made me think these women are angels. Gentle, professional, kind, informative every step of the way, yet can share a joke, made the entire experience so worthwhile. Breast cancer is scary and I thank the team at the clinic; erring on the side of caution to provide the very best service possible. Thank you ladies, I had a good day with you all. Even to wearing colour coordinated surgical tops for your patients.
Fantastic caring staff and amazing service. The whole process I went through on three occasions was better than private care. Thank you so much.
