Our family was without water due to a bore pump failure caused by other equipment too, all just before Christmas as well.nThe team, from start to finish have been awesome.nWe were prioritised due to complete lack of water. We were offered various options as a short-term fix and today the issue had been resolved.nAn efficient team working with the customer as the priority.nVery highly recommended.

Absolute 5-star service. Had a very noisy pump, got helpful advice and options on the phone, then a thorough quote and engineer came the next day! I live 45mins from a town. Assessed and replaced quickly and efficiently. Recommend!
