I recently placed an order for product with Tim in the parts department. He followed up and kept me posted with progress. When I finalised the purchase the staff made me feel special nice friendly attitude and smiles around. The young guy then offered to carry the drum out to my car. I think I will buy a truck so I can go back again. A refreshing change from some Whangarei businesses. Well done.
